Sylva International LLC was founded in August 2016 and has an office in Oregon. We are a Registered Investment Advisor in the State of Oregon. Our professional staff has backgrounds in finance, corporate communications and investment banking.

We provide digital marketing services to private and publicly traded companies. A Sylva International LLC licensed rep may write a descriptive narrative or article on a publicly traded company and may provide updates on the company in the form of short narratives (3-4 paragraph articles). We use social media outlets to inform those utilizing social media that an article has been written and point them to the article hosted on www.sylvacap.com (“our website”). All the articles we write are hosted on our website and a website visitor has the ability to register on our website and accepts all the associated disclaimers and disclosures in order to register.

Sylva International LLC is compensated solely by private and publicly traded companies for digital marketing services. Sylva International may write articles on clients and include clients in the Sylva monthly newsletter. The articles on clients are available for free on our website. Our monthly newsletter is available for free on our website. In addition to providing the aforementioned services, Sylva may also provide the following to our clients who are private and publicly traded companies:

On an ongoing basis, Sylva may write and disseminate original content created and prepare aforementioned content in the form of monthly newsletters, articles and tweets on a client. Sylva may also create video interviews between a representative of Sylva and a client.

A member of Sylva may also participate in each quarterly earnings conference call hosted by a client, provided Sylva is given notice of the call at least five (5) business days in advance.

About Ross S. Silver, RIA

Mr. Silver founded Sylva International, a Registered Investment Advisor (“RIA”) in the State of Oregon, in 2016. Prior to founding Sylva, Mr. Silver founded Vista Partners, a hedge fund and independent equity research firm. Mr. Silver served as Principal Analyst & CEO for Vista from 2005-2016. The portfolio of companies Mr. Silver wrote on had average annual returns of 17% during his tenure at Vista.

Prior to starting Vista, Mr. Silver was a Research Analyst for TC Advisors, a San Francisco-based hedge fund. Before TC Advisors, Mr. Silver was a research associate for Dresdner RCM (now Allianz) covering Consumer Discretionary and Consumer Staple companies. Prior to working for Dresdner, Mr. Silver was a member of CIBC's Technology, Media, and Telecom Investment Banking group, where he worked primarily on M&A but also on equity and debt offerings.

Mr. Silver served as a consultant for government agencies including the National Institutes of Health (NIH), actively speaks at conferences globally as well as at universities and was a Board Member for his local American Red Cross chapter and a member of a Bend, OR local non-profit named 100 Men Who Care.

Mr. Silver holds a Series 65 securities license. Mr. Silver enjoys coaching his children’s youth sports teams, specifically flag football, basketball and baseball.
